Once your return is received, we will process your refund. Don’t worry, the bottles won’t go to waste. Any returned bottles are sanitized and donated to our charity partner Baby2Baby, so another mom and her baby can use them.
In the case of returns we have customers pay for the return shipping since most initial orders come with free shipping from us. If you paid for expedited shipping on your original order we will also refund that.
